All, I have a '97 corsa 1.2 8 valver. Occasionally over the summer I have experienced an odd situation. Very intermittantly when pulling away the car sort of dies, the engine remains running but without any power, this continues for a few minutes and then it can be revved and you are able to drive off! Any suggestions? It is difficult in that you can't pin the fault down, it being so intermittant. Any help gratefully received. Bern.

Is it serviced regularly?
MAP Sensor. Pipe has come adrift or sensor is guffed. Small rectangular black box bolted to bulkhead. Has a vacuum hose and 3 pin connector.
