Mot for the escort van today and the usual things on a 9 year old vehicle (cv boot, ball joints etc) but the main killer is the rear chassis crossmember that has rotted on the forward face.
Does ant one know of a source of replacement (Hadrian only do them for cars not vans) that I can weld in

Have you tried a ford dealer?
Hadn't thought of the dealers as they usually too expensive.
I gave thejm a call and they have the part for 56 pounds, I will think about this after looking at the problem again.
