Blowers working fine. But air coming out is warm but not hot. Checked coolant level - fine.
Engine temp seems fine (if a little low).
Any ideas?

Most likely the thermostat - which fits your 'if a little low'.
Possibly the flap(s) which set the the temperature.
Airlocked heater matrix, both pipes should be hot where they pass through the bulkhead.
Possibly blocked heater matrix if all of the above are good. Water can usually flow through the matrix, even if it is partially blocked.
