This should probably be the last resort because I suspect it will be costly. However, i2i (the producers of a 4x4 is born) give a link for the suppliers of the custom hoses they used on their project vehicle. It's SFS Performance

who allegedly are the leading hose manufacturer for motorsport applications. AIUI, if they can't supply something off the shelf, they can make up a custom hose. That said, have you ruled out the standard fuel pipe for the base vehicle?
I bought a 8" length of this pipe for my car last week, it has a spiral wire going through it too to prevent it collapsing under pressure. I'll have a look to see where I bought it and post back later tonight.
It's not cheap though, was almost a quid per inch....
How about somebody like hose doctor, or hose fix...
Look in the yellow pages under hydraulic hose repairers and they should be able to help, i have puchased all sorts of odd hoses/piping of them in the past.
Rad hoses aren't really designed to take petrol for any length of time. Most rubber items start to swell and fall apart if contaminated with oil or petrol. I would be reluctant to use them.
And anyway - coachbuilt bodies can be a right pain. I used to have to try to maintain a fleet of Dormobile minibuses - which meant learning a lot about fibreglass repair 'cos Dormobile are long gone.
When i was building my coachbuilt motorhome i came accross this problem, needed to join the flush fillers to the tanks that had fillers directly moulded to their tops,
Went to a hydraulic hose supplier.. the type of place that makes up hydraulic hoses,
I needed something like 3.5 inch diamiter hoses (iveco van.. more a truck than a van) not a problem for the hydraulic hose company, not cheap, but then it is rated at something like 10 BAR and resistant to all oils, fuels and so on.
The spiral wire in it is a bitch to cut tho, i used a 9 inch angle grinder with a metal cutting disc on it in the end, went through it nicely, the hose material didn't even smoke like normal rubber hose does when you try this,

CI are still in business if the '52-reg CI motorhome up the road from me is anything to go by. Also, I did a quick google for "CI Motorhome" and also for "Caravan International" to reveal a raft of dealers, all who may be able to help (but at a price:)
