Had my megane 1.6e coupe 1997 valeted over the weekend. All seemed fine before the clean. When i picked it up and started it the car really was vibrating and shaking. I drove it a little way and although it was not missing the vibration was consistent probably worse at low speeds like when at lights. All seems to be ok with oil, water, gauges etc etc but i was wondering if during the clean water has got in somewhere? I checked all the plugs and leads today and even measured the resistance of the coils. This seemed to be ok but probably need to change to the leads to be sure. As anyone else had this where the car is vibrating with the engine is not running smooth. My steering wheel at tickover really shakes. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be a big help.
