I have a 1998 Mondeo, the cruise control did work and now it doesn't. The indicator lamp does not illuminate to show its switched on. Any idea where to start looking, thanks.

does everything else work? abs for instance, brake lights
Yes everything appears fine, all lights ok. ABS indicator does what it supposed to
...Is the ABS actually working though? You should be able to feel/hear this.
