For the 130 TDCi (6 speed) am I correct in thinking the viscosity should be
5w/30?

Your cheapest bet is to go to a Ford Rapidfit and buy it there (about 25
+VAT quid a gallon for the official Ford stuff).Even cheaper than that is to go to a Ford RapidFit and get them to do it for you. 24.99 all in, for a filter and oil change, and the disposal of the old oil!
