Has anyone had the following intermittent faults with a Pegeout 307 SW?
1) Interior Lights come on at random
2) Fog Light comes on at random (but only when head lights are on)
Any advice welcome.

It would appear you have a problem with the BCM. Uncover it (under one of the front seats from memory I think) and check carefully for damp /water ingress. If you find some, remove it immediately and place in the airing cupboard for acouple of days. You may be able to save it.
Repair the leaking door seals or fix the blocked sun roof drains before you refit the unit.
