picture of underside of car \ jacking points &axle stand

I have taken a picture of the front of the underside of my car (dads car) a mk4 golf. The metal shield is a sump plug shield which was replaced as the old one was a plastic one not very good at protecting should it be whacked.

So basically where can I jack up from and put axle stand in moron terms. Feel free to use the photo and draw circles where they apply as I don't know what everything is called on the underside.

I was wondering what the big gromit thing is on the right side of the picture ?

Appreciate and input of relevance :)

That's the best bodge I've seen in a long time, you can buy S-Steel Sump Guards that match the original bolt holes without having to use 1/2 inch thick steel plate & 15mm bolts.

It will be interesting to see it lighting up all those speed bumps & ripping out those 3 rear bolts

Now it says "The page you are attempting to access has been removed because it violated Angelfire's Terms of Service. Please check out Angelfire's Help system for more information. "

So it does, I have no idea why or what violation uploading a photo of the underside of a car is. Anyway found somewhere else to stick it up, again apologies for that. Heres the new link.
