The manual says take it to a dealer, which strikes me as absurd. Since I have a huge tool set (oo-err missus) I should be able to do this myself, but it was too dark last night to see exactly what I was up to.
I think I saw some torx screws before my torch batteries failed me.
Turned out it was simpler than I expected. On the offside:
- remove the rubber cover
- pull of electrical connector
- slacken the 2 T20 torx screws at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock (no need to remove them). You will need a stubby or angled driver.
- twist black plastic retaining plate 15 degrees anticlockwise
- pull out bulb, noting its orientation (tab at 12 o'clock)
- reverse to replace the bulb
Thanks for all your comments.
