I don't think he was planning to attach a video file to a posting in one/all of the newsgroups. I presume he was planning to upload to a hosting site such as Youtube and post a *link* to this in the newsgroup(s).
Who says we don't care. If the account as originally told is 100% truthful and reasonably unbiassed (and I'll assume it is unless it's proved otherwise) then I *do* care.
