I put the rear seat flat to ferry some stuff to the skip.
Middle rear seat belt has now locked so the seat will not retun to it's upright position.
How can I free this off ?
Have tried gently levering - won't budge Have tried spraying some WD40 dwon the hole - still won't budge.

assuming it's an estate Undo the bolt holding the lower part of the strap to the floor, let the seat come up then slacken it off and put it back together again! then REMEMBER when putting the back seat down to pull some slack in the belt......
And you can guess how I know that!!
