Since having my front pads changed (Xsara Picasso), the brakes make a kind of gassy squelching noise in the front passenger footwell. The brakes work fine but the noise is worrying. Don't trust the guy who did the work to put it right, he claims the new pads just need to settle in.
Any ideas what this could be?
