You're joking Guy! Health and safety gone mad now. All pumps, sumps, tanks, airbags, air conditioning, batteries (Inc hazardous metals, gases, liquid), etc have to be removed, drained or cleaned, they have to be inspected so they aren't 'dangerous' to persons or environment and have to have insurance against little bastards that like to break into them and nick any remaining parts - Lights etc. Just pop down to Stafford Park and you'll see what I mean ;).
