Help and advice there's a hissing noise sometimes when i turn off motor, air leaking out from rear passanger side then i notice car starts to sink. How can i check for my self to see whats needed. Thanks for any help or advice.

Sounds like the air shock or connecting hoses(s) are leaking. They are leaking with the engine running, it's just that the air pump is (for now) keeping up with the leak. I'd suggest that you put the MPV on a lift with the engine running, and see if you can hear the air leak from underneath.
