AC Question

OK. Still having problems with my ac. The freson is good, pressure is good. Just replaced the thermoswitch and still does the same thing. Does anyone know anything about the ac relay and porblems that it might cause?? Overall this is what it is doing, runs fine and cold for around 30 minutes or so, then stops blowing cold and the rpms goes up to around 2k. Takes a few minutes (5-10) for it to start woking again. Any help and what should look for would be appreciated. Getting in the mid 90s here and tried for sweating to death. thanks.

Is the compressor clutch releasing at the 30 minute time interval and not working again until the 5-10 minute period? Is the voltage that operates the compressor clutch present at the clutch during the 5-10 minute period? If so, the clutch winding may be opening when it heats up. Actually, the A/C relay can do the same thing. Also, the pressure switch can, on some models, trip on over or under pressure.
