Does any know a good dealer where I can buy a used engine and transmission with ~ 30K miles on it for my 1990 RX7 GTU?

HMMM - a 90 engine with only 30K on it, and an RX7 engine to boot-- It would be more likely that a used engine would have 130K on it. There are rebuilt rotarys available.
