Hi,
My partner has recently taken apart and cleaned the front brake assemblies on my '90, it now have nice new discs and brake pads...however, when driving along (especially on a bumpy road) you can hear clatters and rattles from one wheel - I figure its some slack in the brake assembly as it stops when the brakes are depressed. We have checked that everything is tightened and sound, it just seems to have some play somewhere!
Any suggestions folks? Pack it with something?? Is this a common problem?
