That sounds like a good deal. New paint is either nice or scary, I would have a body shop check this one out thoroughly for wreck repairs.
The new top is nice if it is a good, well-installed one and and you can't complain about a perfect interior or new tires if they are what you like.
This black '92 with BBS wheels is interesting as well in that price range, just a few less miles and a few more dollars.
No comparison there! Most common color vs rare color (Special Edition) easy choice! Wow, that car looks familiar!
Don't forget about timing belt / waterpump history if you can get it with any reasonable reliability. With cars at that age, it helps to know if that job / expense is coming up sooner or later!
