Does the 190e (1991 UK spec 1.8L) mechanical speedo have a speed signal pickup at the rear of the unit ?
There are several references on the web to the effect, poss green/black coloured.
Require speed signal for satnav unit, but reluctant to fit speed transducer behind speedo head due to lack of space and so far unable to locate a unit the fits onto the gearbox. (VDO adapter 2152.30300000)
There are a couple of workarounds, bolting sensors/targets to rotating units like prop shafts etc, but would prefer a neater option !!!
