What are the major concerns with the purchase of a 2004, 320E 4Matic Station Wagon with 50,000 miles? I've looked at the CarFax report which indicates the recommended services were performed. There were no accidents reported

If possible, get the service history of the car from the owner or dealer who took care of the car.
At 50K miles, there is not much to watch out for except for typical wear and tear. Have the dealer inspect the car before you buy it.
If it is MB dealer who is selling the car, see what kind of extended warranty you can buy for the car.
