how do I remove fan clutch from shaft on engine?

You just undo the bolt and pull it away from the engine joey. The torque for the retaining bolt is only 10 Nm so it's not murder tight.
300 EssieTo remove the aux fan so you can replace the clutch, you usually must reove the radiator. If you have the particular socket available from any MB parts counter, you can remove without taking the radiator out of the car. The clutch is available discounted from Rusty Cullen at 800-741-5252.
