Can this be done? If so, what's the procedure?
Voltage at the connector is good, but the car cranks for several seconds before starting when cold.

Does it run rough the first 10 seconds?

Mine does... starts quickly enough but runs rough for 10 seconds or so, then smooth as can be... I just replaced the idle control valve and it seemed to clear up the problem for a week or so, now it's back to the same behavior...
Ideas??
Nope. Just takes some cranking to start when it's not warmed up.
