Sunroof will not open. It seems like the switch is working fine. And I believe power is getting to the motor. The lights will dim a bit when trying to open the sunroof, indicating something is jammed. Any idea on where to start looking ? Are there any diagrams on the sunroof, or how to tkae it apart?
thanks

Get out your owners manual. This will tell you how to manually crank open the roof. Usually there is a manual operation tool and sunroof motor access panel in the trunk.
Crank it open and check for obstruction and lubrication. this does take some effort, like jacking up the car to change a tire but it should not have you breaking a sweat. Do Not force it.
If you can crank it open and there is no obstruction it may be that the motor clutch needs adjusting. This should be the large bolt/nut surrounding the area you insert the manual roof operation tool. Tighten it up a bit and try your roof.
