Of course we have to guess your location. Systems in Europe and elsewhere diff to USA/CA.

Hmm. RR.COM is Road Runner (a US cable ISP) and perhaps "CFL" is central Florida. Anyhow, looks like US. This means that the car uses a proprietary MB system (i.e. see the dealer). If the car needs the back-end systems, then it could be a couple of thousand bucks. If it only needs the handset then it's a few hundred.
