best look at the lease you signed to see how screwed you are.
the lease Companys are not in the business to be nice to the person who signs the contract. they only want there money on time with no added paper work.

Al, Some excellent additional points. Yes, this market is changing quickly and companies like LeaseTrade.com are beginning to work with the lease companies to show them the benefits of lease transferability.
^ SALES LINE ^ Matt xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Matt, have you ever thought of selling cars? what is on the contract that was signed is what the person can do peroid. the companys are not in the business of changing the rules because of paper work. involved. they have a better chance of getting there money on the default of the contract + the sale of the car that they get back unless you file chapter 7 and then they still get the car back. give it up.
