Inertia Seat Belts on MG B GT

My wife is quite short and complains that the inertia reel seat belt cuts into her neck on our B-GT (1972). Anyone have any neat solutions (other than cutting her head off!!). Rgds, M

I'm sure we can come up with something less messy.:-)

How about the seat belt pads sold by many auto accessory shops. We put one on the passenger side of our 2003 Mini Cooper for my 88-1/2 year old mother-in-law and I bet she is shorter than your wife.
