95 galant electrical problem start up

Not quite sure about your problem description. Where is the humming noise coming from, the engine compartment or the back end of the car (fuel pump). Where is the clicking noise coming from, the engine compartment (starter solenoid) or the center console (main relay) inside the car. Do your lights dim when you try and start the car (weak/dead battery).

ok the humming noise is when you try to start to turn the ignition and no start. center consol is making noise like a humming when you turn the key to start . i put the lights on instead on having to flick them back to you to start STILL STUMP
