Can you describe the turn signal/flasher symptoms in more detail (what they ARE doing)? Saying they are not working does not help ... so makes the remote diagnosis even more challenging.
If the dash indicator just illuminates and does not flash, then this is typically caused by either a burned out turning light or a defective flasher module. If the lights do not illuminate at all, then I'd look for a bad fuse.
