Stereo wiring/fuses question

In Galant 00 there is fuse block in the passenger compartment. According to my manual fuse #19 (upper right in the separated block of

4 fuses located right of big block) is "Audio" 20A fuse. In my car it does not have fuse or even a plug where I could put fuse (there is plastic frame to slide fuse in but no metal connectors). On the other hand in the same block of 4 fuses there is "Sunroof" fuse 20A and I have no sun roof. I'm wondering which fuse actually provides 12v battery (constant) power to the stereo unit ?

Now short story long :-) I replaced factory stereo with a new unit. Bought Mitsu harness, connected all wires etc, tested all ok. It works, it goes off when I leave the car, it dims [stereo] lighting when I switch car lights on. After installing I forgot interior lights on for the night. Next morning battery was dead. Jumpstarted, drove to work, evening after work battery was very weak, barely started engine. Drove home, parked, disconnected my battery. Next morning - can't start engine again. Replaced 3 yrs old battery (they tested it and said its bad). Pulled out multimeter and found that with all lights off, stereo disconnected something still drains 1A from the battery. I went through all fuses and isolated my drain to fuse #1 in the engine compartment which is "Room lamps" 10A. Removed it and drain current dropped to about norm. I checked room lamp block and it was ok, no melted parts, no shorts, switch working as expected. So now I have "Room lamps" fuse removed and all other fuses tested ok. But stereo harness does not have battery 12v constant power. It has "Ignition" and "Illumination" leads but with key out of the switch there are no leads with +12v. Any ideas what could've went wrong with my stereo swap are very appreciated !

Thanks for reading :)
