AARGH!!!

I found out today, that a mate is selling his S plate tuned to 270bhp at the wheels S14a, complete with all the tuning mods / digital boost controllers etc.

And I can afford it next month...

And he'll hold it til then...

It's cheap, when you consider the money its had thrown at it.

And I know it and how well its been maintained, and how it induced me to scream 'Jesus H Christ' when he floored it in a straight line a few weeks ago, even though my senses were dulled by having had a few pints.

So it's all good, and he's even said he'll stick a decent uprated clutch in it as well, if I have it. :)

Dark metallic blue.

The wheels, are standard.

It did have a £2k new set of of 18s on it, but one of the other local drift slags persuaded him to part with them a couple of months ago, unfortunately.

Doesn't stop me from buying some more later on though, mind. :-)

Is what he's listed.

It doesn't mean that much to me - the way it goes, says it all for me, and I know it's performed the same reliably for quite a while - we all travelled up from Kent in July, to the JAE at Billing - took 8 hours to crawl along what should have taken 2 hours at most, and it was reliable... and quite good at flaming, too :-D

He wants £6k... I'm pretty sure I'd swing it with £5.5k, as by his own admission, he's not had much interest so far.

Not out of the ballpark anyway, considering the spec.

Good name boost controller then.

nice Turbo timer to protect the turbo.

Decating always a good thing performance wise. What's it's year of manufacture?

Nice simple clean style touches.

Good quality kit, that or white line is what is going on the GT4 eventually.

better flow to the exhaust from the turbo, less restriction, better output, lower temps. Good thing.

About £300-£450 alone there.

good pads, again something I'm looking at.

A bitsa then, no bad thing, bought kits are so pricey, and not much better put together.

Lighter but less juice, don't leave the radio on overnight.

got me one of those, very loud, scares cats.

SRBpower know what they are doing, and just happen to be Apexi, Tein, and Cusco dealers.

About £2k to replace I reckon, if it includes the top mounts.

Good solid uprated pump.

Looks to be all very good stuff to me.
