Pretty much! Early mark three Fiestas have 145/80s on a 13" rim. Even the diesels - mine did.
Mind you the 1983 Sierra 2.3 V6 Ghia - hardly a ball of fire with 115 bhp but it did only weigh just over 1100 kg - had 165 width tyres.
Heh - old cars crack me up :)
