Back from the dead.

Bulldog finally sorted out my internet access, finger crossed (they aren't worth two).

Since February, they took my static IP off me and failed to action the regrade to 8meg. Since March, when I complained, they gave me a static, it was unroutable, and they still failed to action my regrade. But they did manage to give me a "test" account to at least allow me online. Since then, despite many requests, they have yet to action the regrade. Last weekend, the "test" accounts were all blacklisted for "non payment" by the bulldog accounts dept. It has taken them a week of me phoning them daily to work out what I told them back in March that there was a radius misconfiguration or conflict. Turns out another user on another exchange had the same IP address issued. It then took them another 2 days to actually change an entry in a radius database.

They were so lucky, if I hadn't spent two hours in a queue, several times, to return to donor with BT, before getting cut off by the dept closing, I would had a BT line by now and been using ADSL2 from Be.

I still might as I have been out of contract for nearly 2 years and they can't claim a new contract after the regrade as they have never actioned it, their own upgrade options page says that for my account.
