Re: Do the t-tops from my 77 GP have any value ?

put them on ebay and watch the price climb.

my guess is 100-150 bucks

Recently I set up an automatic search on ebay for Hurst t-tops and related items. It emails me. I've seen 4 or 5 sets of these sold, and I'd say there's one set a month, pretty regularly.

Anyway, please do list them on ebay. They're not worth a fortune, but I guarantee somebody who needs them will find them that way. You can at least take the family out to dinner on the proceeds. One word of caution, it's pretty hard to find a box to ship them in. You might have to get a big sheet of cardboard at the furniture store and lay out a box to suit.

A box shouldn't be a problem for me. I can sandwich them together kinda '69' and they should fit snug with lots of packing material.

I'll have to consider the ebay routine.....it's just a hassle since I don't have an account there now and selling with 0 feedback is almost futile.....

Food for thought anyway. Thanks!

Assuming you are in no hurry... Start small on eBay. Sell a few toys or something. Then, after you have a few good ratings, list the t-tops. GW
