Is it just one torrent for the whole 20GB? As in you can't access each individual file until the whole thing's fully downloaded?

You can download without sharing anything other than what you are downloading. You should get the whole 300k down speed plus the 56 k upload. Then again, I once did 4 gig in a month on dial up.
