If you just want a 185bhp and aren't bothered about names, not worth it at all. And that ruby mongrel, does it have the proper seats with the Zegner wool inserts? They are supposed to be very, very nice.
No, it's got the standard fit purple cloth jobs that are heated. It's not a real ruby - it's a Ruby coloured K reg 900SE and badged , but not registered as such. It's just all T16 underneath, including dash, full APC system transplant, red box, no cat etc. Suspension is T16 with stiffer springs and brakes are black diamond discs with ABS. Everything on it works!! Even all the windows and the aircon :-)
I would prefer a 3 door it has to be said, but for the money and the condition, like you say, I haven't said no to a 5 door...
As for mods, it'll look better with a set of 16" alloys on it, I'll fiddle with the APC and rebuild the old gearbox I have in my shed for now and put that in
