Is the Congestion Charge in London just Monday to Fridays? Can you travel for free on Saturday and Sundays?

Yes, you can, and early in the mornings and in the evenings too. After
6:30pm is free, and before 7am (though I think there was talk about extending the evening cutoff to 7pm). More info on

I think it's free on Bank Holidays, as well as the 3 working days between Christmas and New Year, IIRC.
