, speak to a guy called Mr E or post a thread in the Newbies section... there's a helluva lot of knowledge on there.

Either that or

cheers, just considering one over an MR2 turbo as they have more room for shit lugging and 4WD :) although a bit slower than a MR2 due to transmission loss and i guess weight too

transmission

Everyone I know with one absolutely loves them. Apparently the MR2 turbo has a scary habit of getting sideways.. the GT-Four is a bit more balanced, although a proper mentalist when you want it to be.

I'd love to know how u think the gt4 will be more balanced than the mr2.

Not from personal experience, just from what I've been told by owners of both cars :?

I mean the tech spec tells me that the mr2 is better balanced, maybe tho the

4wd helps increase understeer and make it less likely to go sideways, but Im sure if driven properly the MR2 will be more stable in corners.

i'd say easier to drive rather than balanced i.e unlikely to end up looking the wrong way down the road :)

any difference apart from engine power between a ST185 and ST205?

That's really what I meant. Maybe balanced wasn't the right choice of word.

185 is the older (gen5) shape, with the popup headlights. 205 is the newer (gen6, not the latest) shape with the 4 headlights at the front.

There isn't a Gen7 (latest shape) GT4 unfortunately.
