mi16 brake system

hi all i've got a problem with my mi16 and was wondering if anyone out there had experianced the same problem. Car was due mot in may 06 failed on hand brake, spongy pedal and front brakes binding. Changed rear calipers to get hand brake working. Front calipers wound back whole system bled but front offside still binding and still no pedal. HELP!!!

So looks like the master cylinder seals are shagged and so is the piston or the sliders on the caliper.

they use a ford style electronic pump arrangement you need to know what you are looking for really

Bendix "widow-maker" ABS

Check if the ABS light is on, if not bleed the ABS pump. If it is then be prepared for many hours of heartache!

I have it on one of my renault 19's. CAn't get it sorted so i have a pedalbox/servo/master cylinder from a non abs 16v to put on it
