There's something slightly odd about this car - for starters I wasn't aware that Mazdaspeed actually did make a supercharger bolt-on for the MX5/Eunos.
Plus the person who put it together needs a visit from the taste police.
Oh, and I'd like to see a dyno printout because 190bhp on a supercharger with standard internals on the 1.8 takes a little doing. It's certainly possible, but not necessarily clever.
Not to mention that the supercharger installation looks awfully like the Jackson Racing supercharger install in this car:

I'd say he may be talking bollocks, but of course that'll never happen on fleabay now, does it?
Other than that, sound idea :)
My mates got an original Mazdaspeed handbook for the Supercharger conversion I believe....
His puts out about 170bhp IIRC.
There is a cheaper turbo'd one as well :-p
So, 20bhp from perhaps the tiniest of tweaks, or maybe just some pub bullshit seems reasonable really heh. I thought there was real MazdaSpeed ones as well.
Indeed, after a bit more searching it appears that there was a Mazdaspeed s/c that looks a lot like the Jackson Racing one...
