Bet I could. Infact I could probably take their eye out with a bow.
Inner gold isn't that hard to hit with a steady hand and the right prescription glasses.

Agreed. Back in the late eighties, when things were nowhere as bad as there are now, I young bloke in a pub just popped open his jacket and offered "wanna buy a sawn off". It was the silliest thing I've ever seen.
Barrel chopped right down to the wood, stock chopped off two a pistol grip, single break barrel ten gauge. I reckon it might have given a barn door slight acne at 10 feet. Anything smaller and the spread would have made it miss completly.
Actually it tends to, that is why in the past it has been hit by the brain drain.
Tell me about it, I used to do the M62 everyday. Now I do the M6/M56, bad, but much better.

Right. Where's a better place to live? Driffield, or the Cardiff commuter belt?
There's only one way to find out.........f...f...f...FIIIIIIIGHT!
And the target is moving at random isn't it?
I'm not 100% sure that is true. Seemingly there is little crime in Georgia and Alabama, and everyone has a gun. People carry guns in their cars. Road rage is virtually unheard of.

Me too :-)

I knew that was what you meant. Mike.
However with the 1USD =3D =A31GBP that seems to be the way stuff is priced= =20 comparing the US to the UK, your spending power is double.

The "you've been arrested - ok, we're going to make you go through the pain of getting a visa even if you weren't even charged for anything let alone found guilty" thing? They are a bit of a bunch of facists about that...
(didn't affect me, but the principle of the thing grates. Heck, even if somebody had been found guilty of a lot of things, I wouldn't stop them travelling afterwards. Guess I'm just too much of a bleeding heart liberal...)
cheers, clive
Isn't it just? So far, I've noticed only one thing that is more expensive here than in UK.
A pint to the person who guesses what it is?..
Mike P
See, that's the first error. You're using a gun too small for the task at hand :-)
I often make that remarque but then not about guns but cars.
And at the same time I would want a gun, a .357 Mgm loaded with American Eagles would do just fine.
For after all: happiness is a warm gun.

Moving wasn't mentioned, just close range for pistols, and longer range for rifles.
I would probably stand a fair chance of a hit though. Maybe not a headshot, but enough to bring them down.
Most people are fairly lumbering and predictable. When they run away they panic and don't weave as much as deer and the like. Not everyone has military avoidance/duck and cover training.
Do't you mean reckless regard for authority. They don't care why it is verboten, it just is, and it isn't your part to question it, just comply.
Buying is the cheap part. It is paying for the no questions asked disposal that costs.
You have a fair chance of claiming it was an accident and getting away with it with a car.
And it is easier to steal/clone a car.
Hehehe, look up and listen!
That's a joke frogmarching right past you.

I guess you weren't paying a lot of attention for the .45 (winchester) Magnum is a relatively uncommon calibre.
Sure it is not .44 Magnum (heavy recoil), the much more popular .45ACP or the obsolete .45 LC (Long Colt of Western origine)?
If you want something that lames your arm after 5 shots: ask your brother the .454 Casull.
Guns bite insane people, so it they act like an auto-cleaner.
See the link with fast cars? They do the same.
