Like my mate who refused all advice, bought a rover 200 Si from them, blew three headgaskets, eventually got them to swap it for a Rover 400 because they wouldn't refund and he was sick of repairs.

Probably sums up Yes Car Credit, from what I've heard...
I reckon this is a disgruntled ex-customer giving them a bad rep. Spamming newsgroups seems to be a bit up-market for YCC.
