A Ford what?

Stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop. STOP.

Dell's PSUs have non ATX standard wiring. The plugs are exactly the same as normal ATX ones, but a couple of pins have been swapped around. Plugging a dell motherboard into a normal PSU will result in the magic smoke that keeps the thing working getting out. Google will tell you which pins to swap around to make it work properly.
