Should be able to find both at helminc.com if they are still in print. THe preferred service manual being the actual ford one.

I've boughtfrom Helm for my 89, and can attest that they're not a rip-off, andthat they send the actual Ford booklets.
Someone told me to try autodatadiy.com ? Anyone else had experience with purchasing from the site?
