351 windsor engine code

I'm restoring my 1966 fastback mustang and am going to put a 351 Windsor engine in it. The engine tag is located on the intake manifold under the coil bracket so I'm assuming the tag is representative of the engine. I need to know if anyone can interpret the engine tag as written below.

351 W71 7 E26 K205-JG

351W (windsor) if the tag is under the coil as you say it's probably circa the same year as the car
