89 GT computer and GT40x kit

So with a major upgrade like this will the stock computer have any problems?

The stock computer can handle all the components in the kit.

What it may have a harder time adjusting itself to are the larger injectors, the larger MAF sensor body and any change to the fuel pressure. There shouldn't be any need to vary from the stock 40 psi fuel rail pressure.
