A/C on 99-04 Mustang

I'm getting about 50% of the air velocity that usually comes out of the A/C in the car. The air is cold, but eventually it becomes somewhat cool at best. What does this sound like to you guys? I've replaced all the fuses in the car but not the relays. I need to replace one of my belts, as well, but I'm not sure if the A/C uses the secondary accessory belt, anyway. I'm not hearing any strange sounds. Car runs fine, otherwise, as best I can tell.

Thanks in advance!

Possibly a vacuum leak is not letting the damper doors move to the proper position.

Thanks, I'll see if any hoses look... hosed. ;)
