Well Jason, there are a few things you can do. First, if you paid by credit card, file a dispute. Second, go to Ebay and tell them what has happened. it's a pain in the ass, but if the product was misrepresented you should have some ground to stand on. Third, hunt the little sonofabitch down and shove the defective parts up his ass.

if you paid via PayPal and bought the buyer's insurance, again if the items were misrepresented or damaged in transit, they amy be able to halp you

If the items were damaged by the carrier, and they were insured, place a claim.

All of these suggestions are going to be a real pain in the butt, but if you have the fortitude to fight for what you think is right, you may just be able to get the matter resolved.

For me it is ease of use to dump all my mail into one spot. I think....err, I know you can't judge a person or a business simply by their web service provider or E-mail account. I do ALOT of traveling with my daughter for her gymnastic competitions and its nice knowing I can log on from just about anywhere I may be, slowly... but I can log on.

Jason, The dust shields are made of tin and 90% of the time will be bent. While I always spend the time straightening them and packaging them well prior to shipment most do not. It is very easy to pull the small bolts that attach the plates to the spindle and using a small ballpeen hammer to straighten them out. I have dealt with Terry in the past and despite your problems he is an honest guy. While I can't say I agree with the communication or responses, I do know this happens. I personally choose to clean and detail all parts prior to shipping, I am one of the few that does. If you would have purchased these from a wrecking yard as a walk in, more than likely they would be bent as well and would need to be straightened.

Oh hell that isn't bad at all (price)... get a dremel tool & that rust is gone.. get the rotors resurfaced if necessary (couldn't hurt).. all in all i don't think u got "screwed".

Hmmm...they don't look bad to me. A little Navel Jelly brushed on will remove the rust, followed by a nice coat of high-temp paint. I'd toss the brake lines and pads, but the rest looks pretty sound to me; not a bad price either.

Maybe it's just me, but when you buy used goodies off eBay, one must expect it to need a good scrubbing before it can be used.

I do indeed my webmail through my website. I have a dedicated website E-mail for vendors and commercial accounts. For all other correspondence I use the forwarding feature to forward all website E-mail to AOL.
