Sold the Contemporary on Wednesday of last week, picked up this one on Friday...needs a little mechanical work (valve train and possible lower end of motor), but I think it will shape up just fine...............

Where's the shifter dammit!! I always look at the shifter first thing to see if they did it right. :P

The shifter is done exactly as it should be..Only item missing is the reverse lock out "tang", which on a T5 is not needed............

Hey Eric,

Not sure how long I'll keep this one. We'll see how much fun it is to drive, and how much work it is going to need to get it where I want it to be. had it out at the GSRMC 14th annual show today and it took home a 1st in class against some truly nice automobiles.............All I did was wipe the rain off the car and parked it under an overhang (good thing when you have no top and no windshield wipers). Imagine what would happen if I actually cleaned it................

I know... I know...It would have still taken first in class and 3rd overall.
