Oops! Jumped the gun. Rumour mongering. However, predictions for this weekend are for $2/L pricing due to the hurricane. Current pricing is around $1.04.
Still $2.39-$2.89 here. You just have to hunt a little to find a station with electricity...
As it turned out, the panic was for nothing, the price (except at one scumbag's station outside Toronto and some in Quebec that raised prices to $1.95/L) didn't go above $1.05.
